Jean Mazan

Ms. Jean Mazan, 88, died Monday, May 11, 2020 in the Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Jean, the daughter of the late Katherine Mazur Mazan and the late Thomas Mazan, was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey.  She lived in Rahway, New Jersey for twenty years followed by a residence in  Berkeley Township, New Jersey for twenty years and then Jean finally settled in Old Bridge, New Jersey three years ago,

Jean had been a personnel manager for Sear, Roebuck & Co. in Elizabeth, New Jersey for over forty years until her retirement in 1994.

She was a former communicant of St. Mark Roman Catholic Church of Rahway, New Jersey.  Jean was an avid bowler; bowling in leagues throughout Union County and the Berkeley Township area.

Predeceased by her two brothers, Frank Mazan and Joseph Mazan, Jean is survived by her one sister, Helen Davis; her niece, Nancy Poole and her great niece, Wendy Poole.

Due to the COV-19 federal and state restrictions on public gatherings, all funeral services will be private.
