Mrs. Wolniak, the daughter of the late Stefania and Wojciech Sulek, was born in Stary Wisnicz, Poland. She came to the United States in 1951, living in Newark , New Jersey until 1966 when she settled in Linden, New Jersey.
Mrs. Wolniak was a cafeteria waitress for the Public Service Electric & Gas Company in Newark for almost 18 years and she retired in 1982.
Mrs. Wolniak was known for the beautiful gardens that flourished under her care. Her house was always immaculate; not a speck of dust anywhere – an accomplishment that she took great pride in. Her devotion to her family and the love that she had for them and the care that she provided to them was without question the most important thing in Mrs. Wolniak’s life that she could ever do.
Although there is great sadness is the loss of Mrs. Wolniak, we rejoice that she is now reunited with the family that she lost in earlier years; her husband, Stanislaw Wolniak (2017); her son, Zenon Lapinski (2015) and her two brothers, Jan Sulek and Piotr Sulek. Still Mrs. Wolniak leaves behind her sister, Maria Kaim and many who will miss her, but will never forget her……fabulous friends, both old and new and generous neighbors.
