Mr. Pablo Murillo, 96, died Friday, February 15, 2019 in his home, embraced by the love of his family.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Tuesday, February 19th. from 7:00-9:00PM. During the visitation, there will be a funeral prayer service offered by the clergy. In accordance with Mr. Murillo’s wishes, his cremation in Rosehill Crematory in Linden and the burial of his cremains in the family plot in Rosedale Cemetery, also in Linden, will be private.
Mr. Murillo was born in Zambrano, Honduras. He came to the United States in 1968 and he has lived in Linden, New Jersey since 2013.
Mr. Murillo was a machine operator for the Kraftsman Group in North Bergen, New Jersey for fifteen years prior to his retirement in 1987.
Mr. Murillo’s entire life was centered around his family, all of whom he loved so very much. He also loved the United States of America and would even fly the United States flag in Honduras, when he returned for a visit or an extended stay. The United States meant the world to him and he was very proud to be living here.
Predeceased by his son, Carlos A. Santander, Mr. Murillo is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Trinidad L. Medina Murillo; his daughter Dora Barrientos and her husband, Julio; his daughter-in-law, Maria R. Santander; his two sisters, Julia Murillo and Bernarda Murillo; his eight grandchildren and his eleven great grandchildren
