Susan, the daughter of the late Natalie Olga Kravitz Rozborski (2018) and the late Henry Andrew Rozborski (2019) was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and she resided in Linden for fifty years prior to moving to Scotch Plains, eight years ago.
A proud high school graduate, Susan worked for a time in the cafeterias of the Cranford Public Schools.
Her life was filled to the brim with family, friends and activities. Susan looked forward to her weekly bowling expeditions with her friends. Her creativity was on display in the ceramics that she produced, as well as her many coloring books filled with Susan’s works of art. She was very prolific as she wrote, in cursive of course, in her daily diary. Susan’s heart and soul was inspired by the music of all genres coming from her little bedside radio that was forever on. Just hearing those beats or the stirring melodies made her feet move as if she could dance the night away. Susan was very fond of kitty cats, and she loved to feel their fur, their purr and cuddle with them. Traveling was a huge part of Susan’s life with her family, as she explored new places and adventures, going on road trips to the Amish country or Hershey Park and in the summer visiting the Jersey shore, especially Wildwood. Susan was super excited whenever a Disneyworld experience was on her horizon, and she thoroughly enjoyed the few cruises to Bermuda.
Susan was forever surrounded by the love and care of her family, and they made sure that she was a part of all that life could offer her.
Predeceased by her parents, Susan is survived by her five sisters, Arleen Zelonis (Kenneth), Valerie Kikolski (Thomas), Cynthia Campbell (Quintin), Deborah Raabe (Paul C., Jr.) and Nancy Fitzula (William); her ten nephews and nieces, Christopher, Darren (Julie), Stephanie Susan (Frank), Quinn (Dana), Ryan (Brittnee), Dr. Eric, Michelle (Andrew), Danielle Susan, Jennifer and Jacqueline; her five great nephews and great nieces, Thomas, Dylan, Logan , Emma and Morgan.
A special thank you to the staff at the Ashbrook Nursing Home for their compassionate care of Susan, especially her primary caregivers, Sandra and Paketta.
Even though Susan lost her ability to speak, she knew her sisters and family members were with her every day at the nursing home and hospitals for the past eight years. She could see you with her big blue eyes and she felt your adoring presence. She loves you all!
Susan has left a hole in the hearts of her family that can never be filled. She will never be forgotten but will always be remembered as the kind and gentle soul whose love was without limits. Susan is now reunited with her parents, and we pray that they may all have Eternal Rest.
