Stephen Stypulkowski

Mr. Stephen Stypulkowski, 59, died Thursday, March 12, 2020 in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway, New Jersey.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Thursday, March 19^th. from 11:00AM-1:00PM.  Immediately following the visitation, there will be a funeral prayer service offered in the funeral home.  The prayers of committal will precede his burial in the family plot in Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, New Jersey.

Stephen, the son of the late Wanda Kowalski Stypulkowski and the late John Stypulkowski, was born in Passaic, New Jersey.  He was raised in Lyndhurst, New Jersey and he settled in Linden, New Jersey over thirty years ago.

Stephen worked in the home heating industry since he finished school.  He was employed by Petro Home Services for many years before his employment as a home oil delivery man at R.G. Fuel Oil in South Plainfield, for the past five years.

Stephen loved investing in the stock market, including the NY Stock Exchange and the NASDAG.  In his youth, Stephen was an active participant in a variety of sports and that passion continued into his adulthood, as he enjoyed watching sports of all kinds and at all levels of play.

Stephen is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Carolyn Stewart Stypulkowski; his two sisters, Andrea DeRosa and Karen Stypulkowski; his aunt, Irene Kowalski; his mother-in-law, Adlena Stewart; his brother-in-law, William Stewart and his wife, Betty; his sister-in-law, Charlene Stewart and her husband, Steve Frechtman, as well as, his many cousins, friends and co-workers.
