Con profundo dolor, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Rolando Montalvo Sr.

Solicitamos respetuosamente que nadie llegue a la funeraria antes del horario de velatorio publicado, para no interrumpir la intimidad de la familia.
Se invita a familiares y amigos al velatorio conmemorativo en la Funeraria Kowalski, ubicada en 515 Roselle Street, Linden, el jueves 31 de julio de 6:00pm - 8:00pm. La cremación se realizó en privado.

Nacido en San Jose de las Matas, Republica Dominicana. Desde temprana edad se dedico a los niños. Se graduo de Pedagogo y fue maestro y director de escuela por muchos años. Emigro a los Estados Unidos donde vivio por mas de 50 años. Siempre fue una persona servicial que disfrutaba ayudar a los demas.

Querido esposo de Maria Alonso, padre de Leonel, Galia y Rolando Jr y abuelo y amigo de muchos. Su memoria vivirá siempre en nuestros corazones. Agradecemos las flores, pero en su honor preferimos donaciones a St. Jude’s o la Asociación de Alzheimer.

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Rolando Montalvo Sr.

We respectfully request that no one arrive at the funeral home prior to the posted visitation times, so as not to intrude on the family's private time. 

Family and friends are invited to the memorial visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Thursday, July 31st from 6:00-8:00PM. The cremation was privately held.

He was born in San José de las Matas, Dominican Republic. From a young age, he dedicated himself to working with children. He earned a degree in education and served as a teacher and school principal for many years. He later emigrated to the United States, where he lived for over 50 years. He was always a helpful and kind person who truly enjoyed assisting others.

Beloved husband of Maria Alonso, father of Leonel, Galia, and Rolando Jr., grandfather and a friend to many. His memory will live on forever in our hearts.
We appreciate flowers, but in his honor, we prefer donations to St. Jude’s or the Alzheimer’s Association.
