Obituary

Mr. Konrad N. Adamczyk, 48, entered the arms of the Lord unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2023.

On Sunday, March 19th., family and friends are invited to attend the 11:00AM Polish mass, which will be said for Konrad’s intention, in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church in Linden.

Following the mass, Konrad’s family will be receiving their family and friends at the memorial visitation from 12:30–3:00PM at the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden.  PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS.

We respectfully request that no one arrive at the funeral home prior to the posted visitation times, so as not to intrude on the family’s private time.

The cremation and the future inurnment in his niche, both in Rosehill Crematory, Linden, are private.

Konrad, the son of Anna Kozlowska Adamczyk and Wladyslaw J. Adamczyk, was born in Piotrkow Trybunalski, Poland.  He came to the United States in 1990 and Konrad lived in Union, New Jersey for a time before settling in Linden, New Jersey twenty-five years ago.

He was employed as a dental technician for over twenty years at Dental Health Paltac & Associates in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.  Konrad was an entrepreneur, in that concurrently, he was also the owner and operator of Media and Sound Connection LLC, in Linden for the past 8 years.

Konrad was certainly a man of many interests.  He was a lover of antique cars and the proud owner of a 1969 Fiat model 126.  His obsession with cars led him to accumulate quite a collection of collectible toy cars.  Konrad loved the peacefulness and delight of camping out in the woods with his tent and somehow was always the “leader of the pack” if it was a group outing.  He was a very active participant in his Polish American community and as a proud Pole, he attended as many Polish events and cars shows as possible.  In 2010, Konrad was the Vice Marshall representing the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Newark, New Jersey in the New York Pulaski Day Parade……quite an honor!  Konrad was known as a good hearted man, who was always willing to help people and everyone knew they could count on him.  However, the greatest joy in his life was the time spent with his beloved children and parents.  They all meant the world to him!

In addition to his parents, Konrad is survived by his daughter, Zofie Adamczyk; his son, Stefan Adamczyk and his many friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

Konrad was the ray of light that made everyone smile when they were around him.  He was an extraordinary man and as the family deeply mourns his loss, we ask that you keep all of them in your hearts and in your prayers.
