Hanna Grzybowski

Mrs. Hanna Grzybowski, 78, of Linden, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on October 22, 2024 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ.

In respect of her families’ wishes, Hanna’s cremation will remain private. The placement of her urn in the family niche will take place at approximately 11:30AM on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 at St. Gertrude Cemetery located at 53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ, 07067,

Hanna was born on August 10, 1946 to parents Waclaw and Janina Kustra in Warsaw, Poland. She spent her early life in Poland where she grew up and started her family with her husband Anthony. In 1978, Hanna and her family moved to the United States, where they lived in the Union County area of New Jersey and settled. Hanna and Anthony raised two loving children together, and remained in Linden.

Hanna loved to cook for her family, making all types of food and cuisine. She also loved to garden and appreciated nature. She was known as a very reserved person, who was kind-hearted and caring. Hanna loved to take trips, especially to Aruba, which was one of her favorite places. She had a knack for being social with her friends, and truly was a heartwarming presence in any room. Above all else, Hanna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and will be deeply missed.

Hanna was predeceased by her parents Waclaw and Janina (Ciehanowska) Kustra, her husband of many years Anthony Grzybowski, and her daughter-in-law Joanne Geoghegan. She is survived by her sons Dariusz Grzybowski, and Christopher Grzybowski and his fiancé Jessica Giratore, her grandchildren Joseph, Aubrey, and Aiden, her sister Barbara Gizynska in Poland, and many other extended family and friends.

May Hanna find eternal rest in the paradise of heaven, and her love continue to shine bright in all those she loved and cared for. May she never be forgotten, and always remembered.
