Family and friends are invited to the memorial visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Tuesday, January 14th. from 10:00AM-1:00PM.  The cremation in Rosehill Crematory, Linden was private.

The family has requested that you please OMIT FLOWERS.  Donations in Dennis’s memory may be made to the Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue, PO Box 43, Succasunna, NJ 07876 or online at http://www.coldnosewarmheart.org

Dennis, the son of the late Rose Sabia Biondi and the late John Biondi, was born in Newark, New Jersey.  He resided in Union and Berkeley Heights for thirty-one years before relocating to Lakewood in 2016.

Dennis was a graduate of Montclair State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and he then continued his educational pursuits by earning a Master’s in Finance in 1978 from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

His career path as a financial analyst from 1974 to 1993 included Dennis working for numerous companies such as Airco Welding Products, Pennwalt and Rosemont Analytical.   He retired in 2010, after spending sixteen years as the Director of Finance for QEI, Inc. of Springfield.

To everyone that met Dennis, the first thing they would love and appreciate was his sense of humor – dry as ever, but funny as hell!  He could elicit a chuckle along with a smile to your face with his outstanding one liner’s.  In his earlier years, Dennis enjoyed the art and skill of playing golf.  He was an ardent NY Met fan who was always hoping for an elusive shot in the World Series.  For Dennis, the beach was the place to go for relaxation, where he could spend down time with his family and he had a soft spot in his heart for the Wildwood experience. Over the years, there were three dogs that were truly a big part of Dennis’s life, showering him with endless affection and companionship.    Even with all of this, Dennis felt that he was most blessed in life by his family.  They meant the world to him, and Dennis enjoyed spending any moment with them, especially his grandchildren.  There was nothing better in Dennis’s life than to be surrounded daily by those he loved and adored.

Dennis is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Marie Lystash Biondi; his three children, Michael Biondi and his wife, Stephanie Hughes, Matthew Biondi and his wife, Jennifer and Laura Armstrong and her husband, Daniel; his brothers, John Biondi, Jr. and his companion Roseann Spina and Richard Biondi and his wife, Susan; his three grandchildren, William Biondi, Eleanor Armstrong and Ethan Armstrong, his mother-in-law, Mary Lou Lystash; his sister-in-law, Nancy Lystash and her husband, Michael Gerbery; his brother-in-law, Thomas Lystash and Dennis’s many neighbors and friends.

Dennis was a sparkling light within this world, and although his light has dimmed, it shines even brighter now in all those he loved. May Dennis forever be remembered with love and may he now rest in eternal peace.
