Anthony was born on September 8, 1979, in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He grew up in the local Union County area, living in Elizabeth, Linden, Rahway, and Kenilworth before moving back to Elizabeth a short time ago.
Anthony was employed as a sales associate for the 7-Eleven Convenience Stores, working for both their Linden and Roselle Park locations. Prior to this, he worked for Swan Cleaners, Brent Materials, and the Runnels Specialized Hospital.
Anthony, as a young boy, was a member of the Boy Scouts Troop #4 associated with St. Mary’s Grammar School in Elizabeth. Sports followed him throughout his life. He played basketball for St. Hedwig’s Grammar School in Elizabeth and then played football for Rahway High School in Rahway, where he graduated in 1997. Anthony was an avid Major League Baseball New York Mets fan and he enjoyed attending their many games over the years. Music also was a large part of his life and of course, if you had to pick his favorite genre, it would be RAP music.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Cheryl Collins Pantina; his father, Charles “Chuck” Alfano, Jr. and his wife, Donnamarie; his brother, Gregory Alfano and his wife, Nicole; his stepbrother, Corey Alfano and his fiancé, Jessica Conceicao; his nephew, Adrian Alfano; his great great Aunt Margie, who held a very special place of love in his heart; his former stepfather, Nicholas Pantina; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins and a fur nephew, Milo, who adored Anthony.
Anthony will be deeply missed by all but will never be forgotten.
