Ms. Angela L. Jacobs, 55, entered the arms of the Lord on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
We respectfully request that no one arrive at the funeral home prior to the posted visitation times, so as not to intrude on the family’s private time.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Friday, December 16th. from 10:00AM-12:00Noon. Following the visitation, the crematory chapel and witness services in Rosehill Crematory in Linden will be private for the family only. Angela, the daughter of Cecilia Kaczynski Jacobs Campion and Merlin Jacobs, Jr. was born in Plainfield, New Jersey and she lived in various areas of the state before settling in Nutley, New Jersey five years ago.
Angela was definitely a “Jersey” girl and she was a 70's hippie chick at heart who loved Harley Davidson motorcycles. She believed in the spirituality and healing powers of the crystals. Also, there wasn’t an animal that she didn’t like or want to take care of! Angela was a lady with a great personality and a warm and welcoming smile that lit up her shining eyes. She was always fun to be with and it didn’t matter what you were doing. Above all else, her love for her kids and her family was never ending!
Angela was predeceased by her father, Merlin Jacobs, Jr. and she is survived by her son, Matthew Christopher Chobot; her daughter, Meadow Lynn Jaekel; her mother Cecilia Campion and her husband, Dave, both most affectionately known as “Mouse” and “Rat”; her two sisters and one brother, Danielle Islas Rivera, Merlin “Jake” Jacobs, III and Jennifer Jay Jacobs and her two stepbrothers, Ariel Dominguez and Edwin Correro.
This family is devastated by the sudden loss of their Angela. It is difficult to even speak about her without the tears starting to fall from their eyes. Hearts are broken that will take a long time to mend. Please keep the members of this family in your prayers.
