Andrzej Trochimowicz

Andrzej Trochimowicz, 64, of Linden, NJ, passed away on April 10, 2026 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Rahway.

Andrzej was born in Krosno, Poland to parents Witold and Ryszarda Trochimowicz, where he grew up and spent his childhood and young adult life. He enjoyed roadtrips and going on adventures all over Europe in his car. Andrzej loved to fish, especially in the mountainous region of Poland known as Bieszczady. He also enjoyed skiing in winter and bonfires.

Andrzej was also a man who enjoyed working with his hands, building and understanding things. He managed a computer company in Poland as a young adult, and really knew his way around repairs with mechanical components and electronics. He sought to provide for his family which led him to the United States in 2006, where he worked as an independent truck driver, while using his many talents and love for being on the open road. His hard work and dedication allowed for his daughters to build wonderful lives which they will be forever grateful for. And above all else, Andrzej was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, and he will be deeply missed by many.

Andrzej is survived by his daughters Martyna Trochimowicz and her husband Taylor, and Diana Trochimowicz, his granddaughter Maya, who he affectionately called “Niunia”, his sister Danuta Niezgoda and her husband Jerzy, his niece Justyna, nephew Sebastian and his wife and children, and many other family members in Poland as well as friends.

Services for Andrzej will remain private out of respect to his family’s wishes. Family and friends are invited to a  funeral mass at 11:30AM on April 18th, 2026, at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church in Linden, NJ.  He will be laid to rest in his home country.

His loved ones will miss him dearly, but Andrzej will live forever in their hearts, and they find comfort knowing he is at peace.
