Andrzej Piotr Jarosz

Mr. Andrzej Piotr Jarosz, 55, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, died Sunday, June 19, 2022, in his home.

We respectfully request that no one arrive at the funeral home prior to the posted visitation times, so as not to intrude on the family’s private time. 

Family and friends are invited to the memorial visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Tuesday, June 28^th. from 4:00-8:00PM.  During the visitation at 7:00PM, there will be a prayer service offered by Reverend Krzysztof Szczotka from St. Adalbert Roman Catholic Church, Elizabeth.  The cremation in Rosehill Crematory, Linden was private. 

Andrzej was born in the Nowa-Huta district of Krakow in Poland.  At a point in his life, Andrzej moved to Canada where he became a Canadian citizen.

Obtaining a work visa in the United States, Andrzej was a superintendent for a long time working and taking care of the families in residential housing of privately owned buildings.

Andrzej really turned his life around after battling addiction for many years.  He possessed a positive attitude and was loved by everyone.  He was a man who had no enemies.  Andrzej loved cars of all kinds and he enjoyed the sport of tennis.  It was always his dream to eventually retire and enjoy the warmth, sun, surf, and fun of Florida. 

Predeceased by his father, Jan Jarosz and his sister, Eva Jarosz, Andrzej is survived by his mother, Barbara Luba Jarosz; his sister, Malgorzata Jarosz; his nephew, Marcel Cybula and an abundance of close friends and acquaintances whose lives he touched.

Andrzej was the center of life for his family, and he had an outpouring of love for everyone in his circle.  He will be deeply missed, but he will never be forgotten.
