Mr. Aleksander Bokota, 28, of Linden, NJ, passed away suddenly at his home on December 29th 2021.
Arrangements were entrusted to Kowalski Funeral Home. In respect to Aleksander's wishes, his cremation will be private. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday January 8th, 2022, at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, in Linden, NJ. Following mass will be the final placement of his ashes at St. Gertrude Cemetery, in Colonia, NJ.
Aleksander was born on August 27th, 1993 to parents Jozef and Maria Bokota in Poland. After transitioning to the United States in 1995, Aleksander remained in the Linden Area. His favorite dog growing up was named “Aza” whom he had trained to be one of the best goalies in sports. Aleksander was a graduate of Linden High School, and attended Union County College to complete his Associates Degree in Business. Throughout his life he had a few jobs, his most recent being an Analyst of Chemistry at Paramount Metal Finishing in Linden, NJ. Aleksander enjoyed skiing, fishing, and motorcycles. He was also into boxing, and quickly became known as “Ironfist” amongst his friends. He would joke to his brother about eventually becoming a truck driver so that he could see the rest of the United States. One of his favorite things to do was to play board games with his nieces and nephew, especially on holidays.
Aleksander is predeceased by his father, the Late Jozef Bokota. He is survived by his mother Maria Bokota, his siblings Slawomir Bokota, Agata Zmuda and her husband Mariusz, and Lidia Lorenc and her husband Franek, his nieces and nephews, Gabriella, Robert, Olivia, Julia, Natalia, Sebastian, Jakub, and Eric, and many other extended family and friends.
Although he was taken from us too soon, Aleksander has impacted those close to him dearly, and he will be forever missed.
