Mr. Adrian Jakub Rapczynski, 31, died Sunday, August 8, 2021, in his home in Waterbury, Connecticut.
On Saturday, August 28th. from 2:00 – 5:00PM, family and friends are invited to the memorial visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden. There will be a religious prayer service offered by the clergy of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus R.C. Church, Linden during the memorial visitation.
The cremation took place privately. It is the family wishes that Adrian’s cremains will be taken back to his homeland of Poland for his burial in the family plot.
Adrian, the son of Alicja Gren Rapczynska and the late Marek Rapczynski (2002) was born in Olawa, Poland and he came with his family to the United States, when he was 9 years old. Adrian lived for a brief time in New York, but then the Rapczynski family relocated to Linden, New Jersey in 2007 where Adrian resided before moving to Waterbury, Connecticut a few months ago.
Adrian had been working in the warehouse distribution division of the Whole Foods Market in Cheshire, Connecticut. Prior to that, he was employed for ten years in the installation division of the Colonial Marble and Granite Company in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Adrian was very interested in cars, especially sports cars with their sleek lines, powerful motors, and specialty wheels & rims. In his free time, Adrian simply loved to spend time with his girlfriend and his friends; just hanging out. Whenever he got the opportunity, Adrian would return to Poland to spend time with his family and the many friends he has there.
In addition to his mother, Adrian is survived by his brother, Brian Rapczynski, ; his maternal grandfather, Michael Gren; his paternal grandmother, Jadwiga Rapczynska; his aunt, Beata Esposito and her husband, John, and their daughter, Ellianna; his girlfriend, Jaclyn Kunkel and her daughter, Autumn and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Poland.
