Mr. Adam Patrick Cornell, 61, entered the heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
On Thursday, September 11th. at 10:15AM, family and friends will gather directly at the family plot in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Linden where the prayers of committal will be offered at 10:30AM by Reverend Krzysztof Szczotka prior to his burial.
Adam, the son of the late Diane Cooney and the late Vincent Cornell, was born in Teaneck, New Jersey. He grew up in Hackensack, New Jersey and resided in Emerson, New Jersey for many years prior to relocating to Jensen Beach, Forida in 2012.
A welder by trade, Adam has a career working in his field for many years before health problems took over in 2002.
A man who loved his country, Adam served in the U.S. Army during peacetime.
In addition to his parents, Adam was also pre-deceased by his brother, Robert Cornell.
He is survived by his three brothers, Vincent J. Cornell, Ronald Cornell and Terrence Cornell; his numerous nieces and nephews, as well as Adam’s large circle of relatives, neighbors and friends. Adam, a man who enjoyed living his life on his own terms, surrounded himself with everyone who brought love and happiness into his life. He will be forever missed, but Adam, a true character, will never be forgotten.
