I was shocked and saddened to see on google that my old friend steve died 9 mo ago. my condolences go to his daughter who I remember well. my name is greg fuhs and I did tree work with steve from 1977 to about 1990, LONG TIME AGO. We were best of friends but sadly parted ways for a not very good reason. I have thought about steve ever since we parted and kept meaning to ask around where he was. But running my own tree business for 35 yrs and life in general got in the way. steve and I did together too many things to try and mention here. I loved steve from the first time I met him until this very day. My heart is heavy now so I will end this, and I will visit his grave site. I love and miss you steve my dear friend

We will miss you Steve. It was always fun to have heated opinionated discussions with Steve. I did see things somewhat like he did so we had that in common plus we were both at one time in our past Arborists. Tree trimmers. Plus we will miss all those jars of goodies you would bring us. Our condolences to his family.

Dear Michele,
I am so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I was his next door neighbor for many years. Then when he married your mom and moved across the street from my family. Steve was my older brothers Bobs childhood friend. I remember when you were born and how proud he was of you. I sadly remember the too early passing of your sweet mom. I married and moved away and lost touch with him but kept in touch with Olga. Stevie was a fun person and an all around good guy. I always remember him when I look at the cutting board he gave me.Still a treasured gift in all the many kitchens I’ve cooked in
Wishing you happiness in your heart.

We will miss Steve at all the family gatherings. He was an opinionated man with a great sense of humor. We enjoyed talking with him and singing along to the guitar playing. We appreciated the thoughtful tomato sauce and dandelion wine that he would so carefully make for us.

Prayers and blessings,

Susan, Cliff and Jasmine

Thank you guys for your beautiful tribute. My Dad really enjoyed your friendship. It made him happy to hand out his sauce and wine and debate with "Brother Cliff". We will have a big family reunion with all our Dad's when the Lord comes back. We all love you and you are truly a part of our family.
Love,
Mich
