Jean “Ginty” Massrock Rapisardi

Mrs. Jean “Ginty” Massrock Rapisardi, 72, died Wednesday, November 7, 2018 in the Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey, surrounded by the love of her family.

Visitation will take place in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, on Sunday, November 11^th. from 2:00 – 6:00PM.  On Monday, November 12^th. from 9:45AM to 10:00AM, family and friends will meet directly in the parking lot of the Kowalski Funeral Home, where we will gather in a procession format to make our way to the Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, New Jersey for the graveside prayers of committal at 11:00AM

To honor the memory of Mrs. Rapisardi, the family has requested that donations for dance student scholarships be made to the Dancin' In The Spotlight Dance Studio, 385-B St. Georges Avenue, Rahway, New Jersey 07065

Mrs. Rapisardi, the daughter of the late Mary Moran Massrock and the late Charles Massrock, was born in Greenville, South Carolina.  She resided in North Arlington, New Jersey prior to settling in Lyndhurst, New Jersey twenty years go.

Mrs. Rapisardi was a secretary for the Hackensack Medical Center Home Care in Hackensack, New Jersey for twenty-eight years before she retired in 2008.

Mrs. Rapisardi enjoyed keeping in contact with her many friends and family via her Facebook pages and she loved the home shopping experiences, especially QVC.  However Mrs. Rapisardi’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially at the events and recitals at her granddaughter, Nicole’s, dance studio.

Predeceased by her husband, Angelo Rapisardi on November 2, 1988, Mrs. Rapisardi is survived by her daughter, Sherre Anne Carbone and her husband Dennis; her son, Robert Charles Maniscalco; her brother Michael Massrock and the special loves of her life, her three grandchildren, Michael Carbone, Matthew Carbone and Nicole Carbone.
