Mr. Christopher Tuskusky, 50, died Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

Memorial visitation will take place in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 4:00 – 8:00PM.  The cremation in Rosehill Crematory, Linden, New Jersey was private and the inurnment of his cremains in the family niche in St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia, New Jersey, will take place at a future date.

Although born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Chris spent his entire life in Linden, New Jersey.   

Chris graduated from Union County College, in Cranford, New Jersey earning an Associate’s degree in Psychology in 2012 with a GPA of 3.8.  He was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and was on the Presidents List in both 2010 and 2011.  Chris also attended Rutgers University from 2010-2016, enrolling with a double minor in both History and Entrepreneurial Business and he graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.   

Chris, operating under the name of ‘Christopher Mark”, was the president  and owner of numerous music and entertainment businesses, including Ice Cold Entertainment, Awesome Club Prom and Surround Sound Entertainment since  January  of 1994.  For many years, Chris was known for his wildly eventful Wednesday night karaoke at Molly McGuire’s Restaurant in Clark, New Jersey.

Chris also dabbled in other work fields, such as being a Financial Consultant, specializing in financial planning for PNC Bank, from June 2003 until February 2006.  Additionally, Chris worked in real estate (1994-2002) and insurance (2003). 

Chris loved heavy metal music and was once a member of a rock band, Atlantis.  He had a warm demeanor with a wacky, even quirky sense of humor.  Chris was a member of the Depth Charge Fantasy Baseball & Football League and loved the Cowboys and the Yankees. 

Predeceased by his mother, Barbara Rafferty Tuskusky Cummings in 2005, Chris is survived by his brother, David Marc Tuskusky; his father, Ronald E. Tuskusky and his wife, CJ, his two aunts, Dorothy A. Schlenker and Geraldine Stack; his cousins and his many, many friends who were also his family.
