Andres Donoso-Sanchez

Mr. Andres Donoso-Sanchez, 49, entered the heavenly kingdom on Saturday, February 3, 2024, surrounded by the care and love of his family.

A celebration of Andres’s life for his family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 17th. at 11:00AM in the Living Word Church, 2208 Stanley Terrace in Union.

Andres was born in Chia, Colombia and he came to the United States in 1998, living in Queens, New York City, New York before settling in Linden, New Jersey in 2005.

He was a regional manager for Sunstar Vending of Brooklyn, New York for the past twenty-three years, where he was a very dedicated and responsible employee.

In his free time, Andres enjoyed watching soccer and his favorite Colombian team was of course -  Millos.  He had a penchant for Italian food and the music of Salsa would find him dancing to its’ resounding rhythms.  Andres loved to be active, and he was certainly a meaningful participant with his church family.  Simply put, Andres just loved helping people.  His weekends were all about spending time with his family that he treasured so much, and Andres would never miss a Sunday at the church.  He was truly a dedicated man in all areas of his life.

Andres is survived by his wife, Alejandra Donoso; his two sons, Matthew Donoso and Abraham Donoso; his mother, Maria E. Sanchez de Donoso; his father, Damaso A. Donoso-Vargas; his sister, Angela B. Villa; his nephew, Leonardo Villa and Andres’s many friends, co-workers and neighbors. 

Andres was the center of life for his family, and he had an abundance of love for everyone in his circle.  He will be deeply missed, but Andres will never be forgotten.
