Teresa Lapigrowska Raczek

Mrs. Teresa Lapigrowska Raczek, 84, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 in the Father Hudson House in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a division of the Center for Hope Hospice.

Visitation will take place in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, on Tuesday, January 10^th. from 6:00 – 8:00PM.  On Wednesday, January 11^th., at 10:45AM, family and friends are ask to gather directly at St. Theresa R C Church, Linden, where a funeral mass will be offered at 11:00AM. The burial will follow in the family plot in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Linden.

Mrs. Raczek was born in Poland and she came to the United States in 1974, settling in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Mrs. Raczek was employed in the housekeeping department of the Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth for twenty-two years, before she retired in 2001.

Mrs. Raczek is survived by her two daughters, Krystyna Rudnicki and her husband, Krzysztof and Grace Urbanowicz and her husband, Jozef; her four grandchildren, Ralph Rudnicki, Tom Rudnicki, Jack Urbanowicz and Daniel Urbanowicz and her three great grandchildren, Alex, Christian and Brandon Urbanowicz.
