Teresa G. Bernacka Pietruszkiewicz

Mrs. Teresa G. Bernacka Pietruszkiewicz, 63, died Friday, July 28, 2017 in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. 

Mrs. Pietruszkiewicz was born in Bystrzyca Klodzka, Poland.  She came to the United Stated in 2004 and lived in Linden, New Jersey prior to moving to Clark, New Jersey in 2009.

She was employed as a nurse in various hospitals, pediatric clinics and schools in Poland for thirty years until her retirement in July of 2004.

Predeceased by her father, Jan Bernacki in 1968, Mrs. Pietruszkiewicz is survived by her husband, Roman M. Pietruszkiewicz; her two daughter, Beata Puc ad her husband, Sebastian and Manuela Zaporowski and her husband, Greg; her mother, Katarzyna Bernacka; her brother, Bronislaw Bernacki and her four grandchildren, Inez Puc, Fabian Puc, Nathan Zaporowski and Scarlett Zaporowski.

On Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 9:45AM, family and friends will meet directly at St. Theresa R.C. Church, Linden, where a funeral mass will be offered at 10:00AM, followed by the inurnment in the family niche in St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.  The cremation in Rosehill Crematory, Linden, was private.
