Mr. Raymond G. Pytlowany, 88, died Monday, July 25, 2016, in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway, New Jersey.   

Visitation will take place in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, on Thursday, July 28^th. from 3:00 – 7:00PM.  On Friday, July 29^th. family and friends are ask to gather in the funeral home parking area for 10:15AM to join together as we will go in procession to St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.  The prayers of committal will be offered in the cemetery mausoleum chapel at 11:00AM by the Reverend Jozef Krajnak, Pastor of Holy Family R.C. Church, Linden.  The entombment in the family crypt will be private. 

Mr. Pytlowany, the son of the late Frances Milchanowska Pytlowany and the late Walter Pytlowany, was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and he has resided in Linden, New Jersey for the majority of his life.

Mr. Pytlowany was a maintenance supervisor for Tenneco Chemicals, Inc. in Elizabeth, New Jersey for twenty-five years before he retired in the mid 1980’s.

He served in the U.S. Army during peacetime and locally Mr. Pytlowany was a member of the Linden Retired Men’s Club.

Mr. Pytlowany is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Helen F. Fatula Pytlowany; his two sons, David A. Pytlowany and Alan G. Pytlowany and his wife, Diana; his daughter, Karen Pietrapertosa and her husband, Domenick and his 8 grandchildren, Michael Pytlowany, Mathew Pytlowany, Christopher Pytlowany, Nicholas Pytlowany, Deana Pytlowany, Michelle Pietrapetosa, Nicole Pietrapertosa and Klyle Pietrapertosa.
