Grace “Grazyna” Pajak Debowski

Mrs. Grace “Grazyna” Pajak Debowski, 65, died Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in her Linden home, surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will take place in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle St., Linden, on Sunday, October 1^st. from 1:00 – 5:00PM.  On Monday, October 2^nd.,family and friends are asked to gather in the funeral home where a prayer service will be held at 9:00AM, followed by the funeral mass to be offered in St. Theresa R.C. Church, Linden at 10:00AM.  Burial will take place in the family plot in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. 

Mrs. Debowski, the daughter of the late Wanda Bartczak Pajak and the late Stanislaw Pajak, was born in Szczecin, Poland.  Mrs. Debowski came to the United States in October of 1986 and she has been a resident of Linden, New Jersey, since 1987.

Mrs. Debowski was employed by Union County, in a variety of capacities, for ten years, before her retirement on March 1, 2017.  Previously, she had been employed by Schering Plough in Kenilworth, New Jersey, as a line worker for six years.

Mrs. Debowski is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Ted “Tadeusz” Debowski; her son, Arthur Debowski; her two daughters, Sylvia Debowski and her fiancé, Rony DaSilva and Alice Debowski; her two brothers, Czeslaw Pajak and his wife, Iwona and Ryszard Pajak and his wife, Elzbieta; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Hanna "Hania" and Joseph Hermanowski; her seven nieces and nephews, Sebastian Pajak, Ania Pajak, Magda Pajak, Krystian Pajak,  Rysio Pajak, Alex Hermanowski and his wife, Wendy and Julia Hermanowski, who is also Mrs. Debowski’s goddaughter.
